This partnership will leverage the current market momentum to continue the growth in the region.

The ICONOMY partnership represents a major next step in indaHash’s go-to-market-strategy and commitment to the success of its customers and resellers in the region.

ICONOMY was founded by Lance Traore (pictured above) who has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the ANZ media industry.

This strategic partnership will utilise Traore’s local market knowledge and capabilities.

The impact of social media influencers in driving consumer brand awareness, especially among millennials, has reached record highs in Australia.

Currently, social media platforms have a 76 per cent penetration rate in the Australian market with 1 in 5 Australians on Instagram (equivalent to 5mill active users).

In a survey by Linqia group, 92 per cent of marketers listed Instagram as the most important network for influencer marketing in 2018, with Facebook and blogs next in line.

Research also estimates that 40 per cent of Australians are more likely to purchase from a brand they see an influencer posting about.

“We have seen a strong demand for influencer marketing in the region and Traore has the experience, local market knowledge and proven track record to expand on our offering and success,” said Barbara Sołtysińska, CEO at indaHash.

“indaHash have been running campaigns in Australia since the start of 2018 for brands such as Pettit Planet, Hotels.com and Budweiser and we have seen influencer marketing evolving rapidly in the region with more brands and agencies searching for strategies and technologies that will help them hit their KPIs.

“We see this further expansion in the ANZ market as a commitment to being the world’s leading influencer marketing platform.”

“I’m incredibly excited to be bringing this cutting-edge technology to the ANZ region. indaHash’s experience from running and managing close to 2000 influencers campaigns across the globe in combination with their best in market platform is such a high value proposition for brands and agencies influencer marketing needs,” Traore said.

“With the Australian market being one of the fastest growing and most receptive markets currently, the opportunity to help mold its digital emergence is one that I’m truly eager to take on.

“indaHash is uniquely positioned to take influencer marketing to the next level.”

The new relationship with ICONOMY is already proving very positive with a strong pipeline and demand for indaHash’s influencer marketing solution.
