Indy Production House Moth Projects Creative Calls In The Administrators
Sydney-based production company Moth Projects Creative has gone into voluntary administration.
According to a notice on ASIC’s website, administrators were appointed to the company last Wednesday, with the first meeting of Moth’s creditors set for Monday 23 July.
Moth’s executive producer, Jonathan Samway told B&T that the company will review its structure and is seeking potential investors or buyers.
“We are looking to be back in a couple of months,” he said.
Samway said it was too early to tell what impact the restructure will have on the company’s staff and clients.
“That said, Moth is a project-based company and won’t be taking on any clients until the process is completed,” he said.
Clients that Moth has worked with in the past include Schweppes, P&O, Royal Carribbean, Mazda and News Corp.
