Fabbro said: “Since we founded AJF in 2005, we’ve grown to become one of Australia’s most effective creative agencies with exceptionally talented and dedicated staff.

“We saw GrowthOps as an opportunity to expand our offering to clients, and move into new geographies, while also fostering the creative DNA in our culture.

Fabbro added: “It’s an important step in the evolution of our business that we’ve no doubt will best service our clients and provide opportunity for our staff.”

Jason Polson described his decision to join GrowthOps as both a personal and professional one.

He said: “I wanted to connect and engage with people, technology and creativity in a truly entrepreneurial environment.

“The GrowthOps team has proven to drive substantial change and growth for clients in innovative ways and have similar ambitions for themselves.”

Polson continued: “I am drawn to that evolutionary mindset and looking forward to affecting change with the extraordinary people at AJF, their clients and the broader GrowthOps capabilities.”

GrowthOps chief executive Paul Mansfield welcomed Polson to the business recognising his strong track record.

Mansfield commented: “When it comes to our people, we have unapologetically high standards.

“We’re determined to work with the best and keep getting better.

“Having worked in creative agencies in senior leadership roles for twenty years across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom, Jason’s proven track record and passion for brand-led customer experience makes him well-positioned to lead the creative practice at GrowthOps.”

Mansfield added: “The team at AJF are widely recognised as industry leaders in long-term big brand effectiveness.

“There’s no doubt, however, that the industry is changing.

“The more conventional consulting and agency models aren’t enough to meet current client needs, let alone position them for the future.

“At GrowthOps, we’ve fused together world-class creative, technology, and people expertise to create a new category in growth services.”
