Greenpoint Media Continues Building In The Property Space

Greenpoint Media has been appointed to three new property based accounts in the past month, further establishing themselves as leaders within Melbourne’s property PR & marketing landscape.

Developers Riverlee and ANGLE have both signed on for multi-project campaigns, with Greenpoint Media being assigned to Riverlee’s corporate account and the recently announced Seafarers Place accounts.

Volume home-builders Orbit Homes have also engaged with Greenpoint Media for a through-the-line marketing campaign, which will be comprised of public relations, content marketing and outdoor media.

Greenpoint Media creative director Nicola Trotman said that they were really excited to work on game-changers within the growing property space.

“We are excited to be a part of the evolving landscape of property development marketing with the trend towards earned media and activation emerging, as developers search for an edge over traditional advertising campaigns.

“ANGLE, Riverlee and Orbit Homes are truly some of the most innovative and strong property brands in the country, and we can’t wait to deliver for these great clients.”

Alongside the recent property acquisitions, Greenpoint Media has also signed with creative workspace business The Commons who are leading the movement towards creative, engaging and intuitive shared workspaces, and have major expansion plans in place.

The recent client wins join Greenpoint Media’s already extensive property portfolio, having recently launched Australia newest tallest building with Beulah International, Buxton Real Estate Group and EcoWorld among others.
