Green Magazine Launches Online Design Resource Designbook

Design publication Green Magazine has launched a new online resource for homeowners and industry professionals with a passion for design, called designbook.

Tamsin O’Neill and Tom Bodycomb, the co-founders of green magazine, have created an interactive online platform enabling homeowners and specifiers to research inspirational designs alongside suppliers’ products and services for their next project.

“Feedback from readers looking for relevant suppliers has driven the creation of designbook,” said Bodycomb.

Consumer and professional users of designbook can search, collate, annotate and share information from over 150 projects from the pages of green magazine and an extensive listing from relevant suppliers.

Designbook is set to provide an inspiring and interactive resource for people to create functional and well considered designs in their home renovation or new project.

Suppliers’ environmental credentials and accreditations will be listed in designbook, enabling visitors to choose the most suitable products and services for their project.

“Good design has at its core a responsiveness to the environment, and beyond this basic design principle it uses materials that reflect this,” said O’Neill.
