Former Enero Director Roger Amos Joins HT&E’s Board

Here, There & Everywhere (HT&E) has announced the appointment of Roger Amos as a non-executive director, effective immediately.

Amos is currently on the board of a number of ASX-listed companies.

He is chairman of Contango Asset Management, a non-executive director of REA Group and a non-executive director of 3P Learning.

Previously, Amos was a director of Austar United Communications limited and Enero Group.

HT&E chairman Hamish McLennan said the appointment of Amos represented a strong strategic addition to the group’s board.

“Roger brings over 25 years of risk and advisory experience at a top-tier

international accounting firm and extensive board exposure in ASX listed companies, including the media and technology sectors,” McLennan said.

“His experience will assist HT&E as it navigates the challenges of a dynamic media environment. We welcome Roger and will leverage his depth of board experience.”

Amos’ appointment comes exactly one month after McLennan was named HT&E’s new chairman.
