Seven raid first on 7

Federal Police raided the Sydney offices of Seven today under the proceeds of crime act and guess who got the footage first?

Seven.

One would have thought that would be obvious given the raid occurred inside Seven’s offices but the network still felt the need to splash its watermark ‘First on 7’ all over the footage.

The raid is understood to be related to the $2m Seven reportedly paid the Corby family to secure the first interview with convicted drug smuggler Schapelle Corby following her release from a Bali prison last week.
