Apple Thanks The Night Owls In ‘Goodnight Developers’ Film

Apple has paid honour to the developers and coders that drive the company, in a ‘Goodnight Developers’ film noir.

The video was used to kick-off the 2019 World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) held in California this week, during which the company unveiled an array of updates, including the removal of iTunes.

Directed by Derek Cianfrance, the two-minute film highlights the labour of love that developers face.

It also reinforces the stereotype of developers being night owls that fuel their work with junk food and caffeine.
