Customer acquisition specialists ContactAbility has expanded its on-ground operation and service provision to Melbourne, Victoria.

The new office will be located in South Melbourne and will support companies with data and lead generation needs via ContactAbility’s extensive digital network and their premium acquisition list service.

Danielle Edwards, general manager, ContactAbility commented: “To date, we’ve had unprecedented success supporting organisations from our Sydney office but feel it’s the right time to grow our highly valued personal service to more businesses in Australia. You might say we see it as an obligation to offer access to the best of the best our customer acquisition service delivers.”

Alex Tweddle heads up the new Melbourne office. With a 15-year background working in data in the UK and Australia Alex will lead the expansion. His extensive experience includes developing profitable relationships in the data, analytics and credit risk sectors.

Tweddle said: “ContactAbility has built a fabulous reputation and set of clients in Sydney.  I’m excited to join the team and be given the opportunity to launch the Melbourne office, especially given the quality of our unique products and services. The fact I joined when there are plans to unroll new and innovative service features is very exciting. All I can say is – watch this space!”

Edwards added: “In Alex we have the best person for the job to head up our new lead nurturing nest. Getting personal really matters to us and we know it matters to our clients and our clients’ customers, which is why an office on the ground in Melbourne is vital.”
