Cirrus Media Offloads Its Industrial Assets To Prime Creative Media

B2B magazine publishing house Cirrus Media has sold off its industrial, mining, manufacturing and agricultural assets to Prime Creative Media.

The acquisition from Prime Creative Media will become effective from December 1.

According to Prime Creative Media, the sale “sale comprises of industry-leading mastheads, events, and web assets, including industry directories and the transfer of all existing staff and infrastructure.”

Cirrus Media has developed unique capabilities in the delivery of content marketing and lead generation in the B2B publishing sector and we will certainly benefit from this highly developed skill set and the expertise that has been developed within its talented workforce,” said Brad Buchanan, chief operating officer at Prime Creative Media.

“We have the highest admiration for the team at Cirrus and we now look forward to integrating them into our organisation. Clients currently utilising the products and services in this division will see no change in service or quality levels and will now have access to increased reach and options as part of a larger portfolio of products and industries we serve,” said Buchanan.

Cirrus Media used to be the publisher of B&T, however sold off the business – along with Travel Weekly – to Dan Uglow and David Hovenden, which took effect in October last year.
