Brand New Media Announces Four Key Appointments To Expanding Sales Team

Global video content creation company brand new media has boosted its sales team, announcing four new appointments.

Luke Bussell joins the company as group partnerships director, Jo Sutcliffe as key accounts director; and Sam Wilkinson and Jose Da Silva as partnership managers.

The appointments reflect the increasing need for brands to create relationships directly with the consumer through video content creation.

Simon Hopkins, commercial and revenue director of brand new media, Australia and New Zealand said: “These appointments build on the momentum of the last few months and will enable us to explore and develop new and different ways to deliver brand response through video for our clients. We are in an ideal position to dominate content marketing delivery in 2015 and beyond.”

Luke Bussell will join brand new media in February, after seven years with Southern Cross Austereo as Group sales manager. In his role as group partnerships director he will be responsible for the implementation of a strategic sales plan across the full suite of brand new media’s products, and will work directly with brands, their agencies and broadcast partners to deliver branded content solutions that drive response.

As key accounts director, Jo Sutcliffe will take responsibility for implementing a sales and marketing plan for brand new media’s key accounts.  She brings 18 years media experience to her role, most recently as Head of Seven Networks’ RED product. Previously she was with Bauer Media Group. Sutcliffe will also start with brand new media in February 2015.

Sam Wilkinson and Jose Da Silva both take up partnership manager roles with brand new media, responsible for key account relationships. Wilkinson was previously with Ignite Media Brands, while Da Silva joins brand new media from News Corp Australia.
