Allure Media Unveils Two Key Senior Hires

Allure Media has announced the appointments of Gemma Labadini (pictured above) as Business Development Director and Sarah Wyse as Chief Revenue Officer.

The two senior hires are expected to assist in delivering on the fast-growing digital publisher’s ambitious growth plans for 2017.

Wyse has 15 years’ experience in media, technology and advertising industries, joining the team at Allure Media following two-and-a-half years as managing director, Australia and New Zealand at video advertising platforms Videology.

Wyse has also worked with TVN (now Tremor) and Ninemsn as national video sales manager.

Labadini also joins the publisher from Videology, where she was commercial operations director for more than two years. Labadini has 11 years’ experience in the media sector in the UK and Australia working for companies including MEC, Global Radio and Fairfax Media.

Allure Media CEO, Jason Scott, said, “Sarah and Gemma are great hires. They are both highly experienced executives with strong product knowledge, established agency and brand relationships and proven track records for delivering commercial solutions.

“What we are building at Allure is a next generation media company. We are focused on creating a portfolio of brands that people love, and that portfolio is growing. The growth over the last three years has triggered the new roles as we continue to build the muscle needed to take advantage of the many opportunities available to us.”

Wyse starts in her role in mid-February and Labadini started last week.
