Ten’s new morning line-up premiere announced

Network Ten has today announced that its new breakfast and morning TV line-up will debut on November 4.

The new weekday programs include Ten Eyewitness News Early, from 5.30am, then the new breakfast show, Wake Up, at 6.30am.

Wake Up will be hosted by James Mathison, Natarsha Belling and Natasha Exelby from Manly’s Surf City, with news presenter Nuala Hafner (all pictured) based in Melbourne’s Federation Square.

Wake Up follows Ten’s Breakfast show with Paul Henry, which was launched early last year but later axed at the end of the year after poor ratings.

Ten’s new morning show, Studio 10, will follow at 8.30am, hosted by Ita Buttrose, Joe Hildebrand, Sarah Harris and Jessica Rowe.

Adam Boland, director of morning TV at Ten, said: “We’re are incredibly proud to have created something genuinely different. These two shows are different from each other and, more importantly, different from their competitors. We’re confident that mornings will never be the same.”
