Puberty Blues drops again

The ratings for Ten’s Puberty Blues have dropped again, pulling in 517,000 viewers from the TV broadcast last night in its 8.30pm timeslot.

Dropping from its 529,000 viewers in the third week, the ratings last night were still more than its slump in the second week that saw 477,000 viewers, according to OzTam preliminary ratings.

Ten’s The Project grabbed more viewers than Puberty Blues last night with 577,000 people tuning in to the panel news program.

Seven’s My Kitchen Rules won the top place last night with 1.61 million viewers tuning in at 7.30pm.

It seems some people may have turned off the TV after My Kitchen Rules, as Seven’s The Blacklist at 8.45pm, directly after the reality cooking show pulled in 974,000 viewers, coming in 8th place overall.

Nine’s The Block, also at 7.30pm, found second place in the top twenty most watched shows yesterday, pulling in 1.293 viewers.

Seven came first overall looking towards the total combined share as 33.6% of the share went to the network last night.

Seven’s main channel saw 26.3% of that share

Nine came in a close second with a total share of 31%, with 24% of that going to its primary station.

It was a close battle between networks ABC and Ten with ABC winning by just 0.2% in the total share.

ABC ended up with a total share of 15.6%, with ABC1 grabbing 10.2%. Ten had a total share of 15.4%, with its primary channel seeing 9.6%.

SBS came fifth with4.2% with its main station seeing 3.4%.
