Private Media has promoted Marina Go to the role of chief executive officer from her position as publishing director at the company.

“Private Media is one of the very few digital publishers in the world focused entirely on building new media and journalism models, and under Marina’s guidance that challenge will be in very good hands”, said chairman of Private Media, Eric Beecher.

She has held senior positions at ACP, EMAP Australia, Pacific Publications and Fairfax. She has an MBA from the AGSM and sits on a number of boards including the Sydney Symphony Vanguard and Odyssey House McGrath Foundation.
