M&C Saatchi Sydney has announced a multitude of senior creative hires, acknowledging the increased scope of work and the changing identity of the M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ.
The seven key hires include creative duos, Georgie Waters and Felix Ettelson, Tim Batterham and Nicole Conway, Bec Matlioski as senior copywriter, Parisa Rezaei as art director and Lauren Seaborn taking a copywriter position.
Georgie and Felix departed Ogilvy Sydney on a high note, helping the agency win pitches for the Federal Government Roster and GIO, as well as being a part of the agency’s recent award success.
Creative team, Tim Batterham and Nicole Conway join the group as art director and copywriter, following a freelancing period with M&C Saatchi where they worked with some of the group’s largest clients including Commbank, TAB, Big W, and Tourism Australia.
Meanwhile, Bec Matlioski joins from Melbourne as senior copywriter, where she previously worked at Ogilvy and Hardhat on winning pitches and renowned clients .
Matlioski was also recently selected for the Rare X Google 2021 Leadership Academy; a program that connects and empowers underrepresented creative talents from all around the world.
Parisa Rezaei Abyaneh makes the jump from New Zealand, joining the M&C Saatchi team as art director, following successful stints in New York, Amsterdam, London and Melbourne.
Lauren Seaborn also joins the M&C Saatchi’s copywriting team, having previously worked at DDB Sydney and several other leading agencies across Sydney and London, including three years at CHEP Sydney contributing to several agency of the year awards.
