 After a competitive pitch, one of Australia’s leading sustainability focussed fashion labels, MAURIE & EVE has officially appointed The Wired Agency as its exclusive full-service digital marketing partner.

Founded on Sydney’s northern beaches in 2001, MAURIE + EVE now ships globally and has recently undergone a significant transformation moving into the ethical and sustainability fashion space.

Welcoming the use of Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified 100% organic cotton, this move sustains the health of soils, ecosystems and people, combining tradition and science to promote quality of life for all.

The label has also moved to 100 per cent eCommerce, focusing heavily on its digital infrastructure to further build the brand.

With such a focussed approach on eCommerce, it made sense for the business to review its digital marketing requirements and engage Wired to drive awareness and growth of the brand online.

Founder of MAURIE & EVE, Kelly Davies-Green said of the brand’s digital transformation and the appointment of Wired. “it was a big move to pull our brand out of the bricks and mortar retail environment but we believe the future of retail is online and we are backing ourselves to grow our digital footprint even further with our new partnership with The Wired Agency. ”

Wired’s scope for the first phase will include all digital advertising across search, shopping, display, and social along with community management.

Wired is also looking at CX and engaging their owned research platform called Wiretapping to build out and inform their go to market strategy in a couple months’ time.
