One of Britain’s biggest department stores, Marks & Spencer (M&S) is no doubt looking a little red-faced since social media users pointed out the store’s latest ad for its bread ‘contained some D’.

While M&S had meant the D to be referred to as a shortened version of vitamin D, Twitter users clearly have a more risqué mindset, choosing to focus on the colloquialism that D equals ‘dick’.

However, while being mocked mercilessly online, many users didn’t believe M&S would be that silly, reckoning it was done on purpose to get some attention.

Whatever the case, it makes for a good ol’ chuckle on hump day.
