University Sports Team Suffers Epic Design Fail

[B&T warns this article contains imagery and language some readers may find offensive] When a university basketball team from the Philippines decided to put the fear into its opponents with a new social media campaign, it went for the slogan “Make it count” as its intimidating new theme.

Nothing particularly wrong with that. Well, that was until it had to be quickly pointed out to the designer of the Red Warriors’ new strategy that placing images of the players over the “count” soon gave the campaign a whole different feel entirely. Check it out below:

B&T’s unsure if the unsavoury word is common vernacular in the Philippines, but thankfully the mishap was quickly called-out and a newly designed set of images delivered.

And, in the true spirit of  “never draw attention to your mistakes”, the revised imagery arrived without a hint of an apology or acknowledgement.
