Top 20: Cristiano Ronaldo Tops List Of Highest Paid Soccer Stars With $US93 Million

Portugal and Real Madrid star, the impossibly handsome Cristiano Ronaldo, has once again topped the 2017 list of the highest paid football (soccer) players in the world raking in an astonishing $US93 million ($A125 million) in payments, bonuses and sponsorships according to the annual list compiled by Forbes Magazine.

Argentinian and Barcelona striker Lionel Messi regained second spot on the list with $80 million and proof when it comes to soccer stars – Ronaldo and Messi pretty much have it wrapped up.
