Tailor Maid Communications Unveils New Social, Content & Digital Arm

Sydney-based PR agency Tailor Maid Communications (TMC) has expanded it offering with the introduction of a dedicated digital marketing, social and content division.

TMC’s new department includes a mix of fashion and beauty brands, including Lee Jeans, Paula’s Choice, The Jojoba Company and Ocinium, and takes the agency’s overall staff numbers to 16.

Sally Brown, director of TMC (and pictured above on the left), said the new division enables the agency to offer clients a 360-degree collaborative and complimentary approach.

“It is imperative for the agency to adapt with the times and not be left behind,” she said.

“Digital is no longer an add-on to a PR campaign, but must be at its core.”

TMC’s head of digital, Ashleigh Atkinson, said the new department will work closely with the PR team to develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to maximise brands’ engagement, national coverage and ‘talkability’.

“We work with brands to create dynamic strategies, building their online communities and taking their online platforms beyond likes, and follows into the business objective of sales,” she said.

“The content team is revolutionary developing relevant content, bespoke for brands on an ongoing basis in the form of imagery, illustration, graphic design, video, animation, GIFs and more – bringing these strategies to life.

“[This is] supported with traditional digital marketing techniques such as UX, display marketing, SEO and email campaign management to ensure a seamless approach is taken with all brands’ online presence.”
