RadiumOne Appoints New APAC Marketing Director

Data-driven marketing company, RadiumOne, today announced the appointment of accomplished marketer Jodie Koning to the role of Marketing Director for the Asia Pacific region.

Koning brings more than 20 years’ experience in marketing, having worked across major multinational marketing and media organisations including Diageo, McDonald’s and Unilever.

She also spent five years at ARN as national marketing director, where she led the consumer launch of KIIS 106.5 in Sydney and the highly successful re-launch of WSFM in Sydney and GOLD 104.3 in Melbourne.

Koning was most recently the senior marketing manager at Blackmores where she drove the Australian Open brand partnership across Australia and Asia, significantly increasing brand health measures and product sales.

In her new role, Koning will further establish RadiumOne’s position as the only data-driven marketing company connecting the dots between brands’ paid, earned, shared and owned assets.

Of her appointment Koning said she was passionate about simplifying and streamlining an increasingly complex digital landscape for brands and RadiumOne’s agency partners.

“RadiumOne’s take on marketing technology is refreshing and progressive, it’s exciting to be joining a team that is genuinely dedicated to driving real business outcomes for brands,” she said.

RadiumOne’s MD (ANZ), Adam Furness said he was delighted to have attracted a senior marketer of Jodie’s calibre to the organisation in such an exciting period of growth.

“Jodie brings a breadth of in-depth consumer and B2B marketing experience to RadiumOne. Attracting Jodie to the role is another great step in furthering our momentum across the region, delivering on our promise to create connections that matter for brands,” said Furness.

Koning commences with RadiumOne on the 19 December.
