Ogilvy Brisbane Bolsters Creative Department With Two Senior Hires

Ogilvy Brisbane has expanded its creative department with the appointment of Andy Geppert as head of art and Richard Taylor as creative director, effective immediately.

Having previously held the roles of founding partner at Cummins&Partners, ECD at McCann, senior art director at Publicis and head of art at Clemenger Brisbane, Geppert (pictured above, third from the right) brings a wealth of experience to Ogilvy.

Prior to joining the Ogilvy team, Taylor had consulting roles at M&C Saatchi, WhiteGREY, and DDB in Sydney.

He brings network agency experience from Australia, Europe and across Asia with brands including Volkswagen, Mazda (Europe), Toyota, Samsung, LG, Qantas, Korean Air, CommBank, Braun, Proctor & Gamble (global) and GSK.

Geppert and Taylor will work across a number of the agency’s key accounts, including Neds, University of Queensland and the Queensland government.

They will guide Ogilvy Brisbane’s creative department, working alongside the agency’s senior leadership team comprising of executive creative director Phil Nobay, managing director Ben Lightfoot and strategy director Ewen Pettit.

Nobay described the appointments as a huge win for the agency and its clients.
