Nine Announces Three Major Brand Partners For Family Food Fight

Nine has announced that Woolworths, KFC and Simply Energy will partner with the broadcaster on its new reality cooking show Family Food Fight.

The show will see six food-loving Aussie families going head-to-head in the kitchen in the battle for supremacy, but only one will walk away with the title and the cash prize of $100,000.

Nine’s group content strategy director, Lizzie Young, said each partner has developed bespoke integrations to leverage Australia’s passion for food in a way that enables them to connect with audiences at scale.

“Our ability to offer brands the opportunity to be part of the narrative across all platforms is unique,” she said.

Family Food Fight puts our partners right in the heart of the family home – the kitchen – at a time in the year where food is high on the agenda moving into summer and the festive season.”

In the Family Food Fight challenges, the families of four will be asked to use a range of staples and varied cuisine for the esteemed judges – Matt Moran, Anna Polyviou, Hayden Quinn and Tom Parker Bowles – who will adjudicate on their all-time favourite family feasts.

The families will all cook the food Australians at home love to eat. They’ll be catering for special occasions too, feeding an array of special guests, and recreating tried and true recipes from some of Australia’s best chefs.

Family Food Fight premieres Monday at 7.30pm on Channel Nine.
