Melbourne-Based Agency Hunter Becomes Newest Member Of Worldwide Partners

Hunter has jumped in to become a new member of Worldwide Partners, one of the biggest advertising agency networks, according to its chairman Fernando Guntovich.

Born in 2010 and based in Melbourne, Hunter is a creative agency for entrepreneurs and game changers, and is headed by Simon Hakim (pictured) and Matthew Gibbins.

Hunter’s roster of clients includes Australian Bitters Co, Beam Suntory, Coca-Cola Amatil, LeasePLan and Sensory Lab.

“As a client-centric agency network, what makes us attractive to clients worldwide is that we’re comprised of innovative, progressive agencies across a full range of disciplines and industries that work well together,” Guntovich said.

“We’re a collaborative, bottom-up network – partner agencies own us rather than us owning them. We provide the resources and the global outreach to help our partners achieve greater profits and revenue while the partner agencies work together to build each other’s business and service clients locally, regionally and internationally.

“Each partner is hand-selected for its progressive and innovative approach. In short, we have the critical mass and skills of the agency conglomerates coupled with the flexibility of the independents. We’re very happy to have Hunter join us.”

Hakim added,“Since founding Hunter, we’ve always had a global outlook in respect to our team, work and clients.

“This mindset has allowed us to work with great people irrespective of where they’re located. We see joining WPI as a natural step that will allow us to not only scale our business, but also effectively compete against the bigger agencies and global networks.”

Worldwide Partners, Inc., which celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2013, has more than 20 network-wide regional/international clients, and is broken down into more than 65 agencies in over 45 countries.
