Lowe Profero Creates New Website For Guzman y Gomez

Lowe Profero has partnered with Mexican restaurant chain Guzman y Gomez, to redesign and build their new consumer brand and ecommerce website.

Not only is the user experience easier and optimised for mobile, customers can order online, set a time for pick up, and accrue and spend rewards in Gomex, the GYG loyalty program. Alongside the extensive redesign, Lowe Profero completely rebuilt the backend to create a faster more reliable platform that can easily scale as the brand expands into new markets.

Head of business development and marketing for Guzman y Gomez Alison Buckley said the new site was an important step in the evolution of their brand and business:

“At Guzman y Gomez, the quality of our food, the customer experience, and our culture set us apart: we create fresh, real food, fast. Our new platform spotlights the quality and energy at the heart of our brand, and is an important step towards leveraging digital to drive GYG’s growth not just in Australia, but worldwide,” Buckley said.

“Our work with Lowe Profero is a success because it is a collaborative partnership. We look forward to evolving our digital offering with their strategic and creative digital expertise,” she added.

Lowe Profero’s Australian managing director Dave Bentley said the agency’s unique mix of creative, technology and media expertise allowed us deliver on both GYG’s brand and business ambitions:

“We’re privileged to work with brand with the momentum and appeal that GYG has right now. It’s a testament to their passion, dedication and relentless pursuit of building a global business that never compromises on quality and culture,” Bentley said.

“We are proud that we were able to bring this vision to life on gyg.com.au and build a platform that will enable GYG to leverage digital in Australia and across the region to drive their business forward,” he added.
