Kikki.K Selects Tryzens As New Digital Commerce Partner

Swedish design brand kikki.K is set to write a fresh page in its growth plans by choosing Tryzens to redevelop its e-commerce site.

The award-winning retailer, founded in 2001 by Kristina Karlsson, has a cult-like international following and today inspires millions of people to live their best lives every day through meaningful Swedish design and stationery.

In just 17 years, the brand has grown from just one store to now selling from over 330 locations worldwide and an e-commerce store shipping to over 143 countries.

Building on this success, Tryzens will help kikki.K deliver a new online experience that is better aligned to its expansion plans and embodies their brand in the customer experience.

Tryzens helped define the business requirements and assisted in the identification of the best technology to fulfil kikki.K’s aspirations, with a clear focus on enabling an agile, efficient and scalable solution that could be cost-effectively rolled out around the world in support of their expansion plans.

Iain Nairn, CEO at kikki.K, said: “Tryzens have a strong track record of success in digital commerce and assisting businesses with their online stores, customer engagement and international expansion.

“We have every confidence that this partnership is a step forward to realising our e-commerce plans for growth and delivering a world-class experience for our guests as we continue to inspire and empower them to live their best lives every day.”

Andy Burton, CEO at Tryzens Group, said: “Tryzens were introduced to kikki.K in 2017, and following an assessment of requirements and reviewing the commercial and operational fit of different technologies with their leadership team, it was evident that there is a really great business case and opportunity for kikki.K to build on its considerable successes to date by facilitating smoother and swifter expansion.

“The new site will be able to handle surges in traffic and demand around peak season activity, as well as to support the seamless launch of new capabilities and regional storefronts as and when required.

“This is a wonderful partnership between our teams where we get to collaborate with an innovative, trendy and positive brand that has a real passion behind its products to really inspire and empower people.

“We believe this engagement will further extend the reach and success of this great business, and look forward to a long and fruitful partnership.”
