Global marketing platform Impact Radius has announced it has joined the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) Australia as it takes another step towards boosting the company’s presence Down Under.
The local membership will enable Impact Radius to access the IAB’s research, education and events, as the company continues to upskill and bring new talent into the business.
Impact Radius opened its Australia office in 2016, and is already a member of the IAB globally.
The company acquired ad fraud prevention platform Forensiq last year, which has also joined IAB Australia.
Daniel Karlsson (pictured), managing director for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region Impact Radius and Forensiq, said joining the IAB is an important strategic step for the company.
“By the end of 2017, we will have doubled our team in APAC and will be working with a significant number of agencies, brands and publishers,” he said.
“I’m looking forward to working with the IAB on ad effectiveness and also the Standards and Guidelines Council, and participating in the affiliate marketing working group.”
