Graham Christie Departs Big Mobile

After eight years at Big Mobile, Graham Christie is departing the business to pursue fresh ventures.  As a co-founder, Christie has been at the helm of a business that has grown from its modest Sydney and Melbourne roots to become an 80-strong staffed mobile leader in seven offices across ANZ, and South-East Asia.

Of his departure Christie said, “Eight years is a long time in any business, and now is the right time to leave the strong senior team I’ve assembled particularly over the past 12 months, to take the business forward, and for me to focus my attention elsewhere”.

With a resume that covers both brand, telecom, and agency side roles in the UK and Australia before embarking on establishing the mobile start-up and maturing it into category leadership, Christie would not let on where he was headed next.

Christie added, “The changing relationship between people and the brands they choose, and subsequently how businesses adapt, continues to really motivate me, so I’m not going far”.
