Get Away From Freezing Weather With New Campaign From Booking.com

The Australian arm of the global business Booking.com is starting a weather-related national campaign through media company Inlink to capture holiday bookings from people escaping winter temperatures.

Booking.com will run a multiple-content series of videos across Inlink’s office network that will reach 1,900 screens in mostly CBD locations in major Australian cities.

The campaign features a global weather channel sponsorship where a Booking.com global weather page will showcase the top ten sunniest and desirable destinations in the world at any given time.

In addition, the campaign incorporates a “weather trigger” which uses Inlink’s SmartAds capability to showcase images of warm weather destinations when the weather outside office buildings dips below 15 degrees.

Inlink has also created a unique travel channel for booking.com, where a series of articles will display multiple travel themes such as “Travel tips” and “Best places to visit on a shoe string” to provide more useful travel information.

Mindshare is the media agency for Booking.com.
