Family Feud Cements Deals With The Lottery And Puzzle Books

Network Ten’s game show Family Feud has formed commercial extensions of the brand in the form of lottery instant scratch tickets and puzzle books.

The brand extensions were announced by format owner and producer, FreemantleMedia Australia.

The puzzle books include Word Hunt games based on the game show in a deal with Bauer Media Books. These will be sold in newsagncies and bookstores nationally from November this year.

The branded lottery tickets will be created after an agreement with Scienfitic Games Products Australia. The first Australian lottery to release the Family Feud game will be Lotterywest in Western Australia under their Scratch’n’Win brand.

“Family Feud is fast establishing itself as one of the most loved and diverse brands in Australia,” said Zara Curtis, director of brand partnerships, FremantleMedia Australia.

“We are delighted at the brand’s on-going success and we’re looking forward to continuing the rollout of our commercial brand strategy to amplify Family Feud and put it into the hands of fans.”
