Content Agency Storyation Announces Three New Hires

Specialist content agency Storyation has expanded its team with several new senior hires.

Partnerships manager Anne-Marie Cheney (right in photo) joins from Seven West Media where she held senior sales roles and developed cross-platform content solutions for clients such as Audi, Myer and Unilever on Pacific Magazines titles marie claire and InStyle.

Arizona Atkinson (middle of photo), formerly deputy editor of Virgin Australia’s Voyeur magazine, joins as a senior editor. Atkinson has previously been deputy editor of Toyota’s Go Places magazine and chief sub-editor of The Iconic’s magazine.

Storyation has also bolstered its video capabilities with the appointment of Manuela Leigh (left in photo) as producer. With a background in filmmaking, Leigh has worked at Sydney agencies Sibling and The Glue Society and is currently in post-production for her first documentary feature.

The new hires come after a string of award nominations for the agency for print, digital and native content at both local and international award shows.

Storyation picked up a gong for Best Use of Native Advertising/Sponsored Content at Content Marketing Awards in the US in May for work for Tourism New Zealand.

The expanded team will support Storyation’s growing client roster, bolstered by recent account wins including Energy Australia.
