Caroline Squire Off And Running As New Athlete’s Foot Marketing Boss

The Athlete’s Foot Australia has announced the appointment of Caroline Squire as head of marketing. Squire joins The Athlete’s Foot from skin care company Jurlique Australia where she held the positions of marketing manager – ANZ/Europe and global marketing director.

The company’s director & RCG executive director, Michael Cooper, said he was delighted to welcome a new team member of such high esteem to the company. “It gives me great pleasure to announce the appointment of Caroline Squire as the Head of Marketing for The Athlete’s Foot Australia,” he said.

“Armed with nearly 20 years’ marketing experience and over 10 years in senior marketing positions, Caroline is set to bring a wealth of marketing, leadership and brand experience to The Athlete’s Foot business and our marketing function.

“More specifically, Caroline has significant brand marketing experience in the lifestyle and consumer goods industry, having held the position of director of marketing – ANZ at LEGO Australia for nearly eight years. She was part of the executive team responsible for leading significant brand and commercial growth and strengthening the LEGO brand positioning in Australia through high-profile brand campaigns and activations such as the LEGO Festival of Play and Google Build with Chrome,” said Mr. Cooper.

“Caroline’s deep marketing experience across brand, product and retail means she is ideally placed to be part of the team leading The Athlete’s Foot brand to continued success,” he added.

Hilton Brett, corporation’s chief executive officer of Athlete’s Foot parent company RCG, commented, “The Board is confident that Caroline’s background combined with her experience developing and managing brands will help The Athlete’s Foot to deliver a strong performance across its franchise network through the continued delivery of the perfect fit for all Australians”.
