The Block Stars Become Brand Ambassadors

The Block Stars Become Brand Ambassadors

The Block’s Kyal and Kara have been named the brand ambassadors for Australia’s largest tile retailer.

Beaumont Tiles is drawing on the couple’s renovating star status to deliver ads across TV, online and POS from September.

Beaumont Tiles national marketing manager, Hermine Lewis, says the brand alignment with the ‘Super Ks’ as ambassadors for its The Next Big Thing campaign will boost their position as a style destination.

“We’re thrilled to have Kyal and Kara onboard. Their modern style, creativity and craftsmanship coupled with their professional work ethic is exactly how we want the Beaumont brand to be recognised by consumers,” she said.

“Beaumont Tiles is Australia’s most successful tile retailer and we’ve increased our national footprint over the past two years by 25 percent. As a major franchising business it’s vital we offer national initiatives that support our local store owners.”

The deal is one of the first major partnerships for the NSW Central Coast renovators since they stepped off the set of The Block Fans Vs Faves which aired earlier in the year.

Carpenter Kyal says The Block provided the duo with an opportunity to pursue careers in design and renovating: “We’ve been helping Beaumonts open a number of stores around the country and couldn’t be happier being further exposed to the workings of the industry through such a great brand,” he said.

As part of its style platform, Beaumont Tiles has undertaken a series of integrated sponsorships with Channel 9’s The Block and Channel 7’s House Rules. Ms Lewis says this sponsorship and product integration is paying off.

“For almost 25 years, our buyers have criss-crossed the globe seeing what’s trending in fashion and lifestyle and we’re pulling these elements together to give customers great home choices,” she said.

“We want to be synonymous with style in the home by offering a fabulous and inspiring selection of tiles and bathroom ware, backed with expert DIY advice and products.”
