Renowned for its strategy-led approach, Acorn specialises in unravelling the complexities of the market and competition to create integrated marketing strategies and plans that optimise business growth and performance.

Specialising in tourism, hospitality and healthcare markets, Acorn’s past and present client list includes Hilton Worldwide, Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, Movenpick Hotels & Resorts, wagamama, Premier Inn, Cleveland Clinic, and Grand Millennium.

Midttun said Acorn’s proven academic approach to marketing strategy development that will stand the agency and future clients apart in the Australian market.

“We are extremely proud of Acorn’s award-winning strategy model and our team of implementation experts,” she said.

“We have developed over 87 unique and tailored strategies for a wide range of SMEs to global brands, optimising our clients’ growth.

“Ensuring that marketing investments are working as hard as possible to achieve strategic and measurable results is at the heart of everything we do, and we can’t wait to introduce this proven approach to Australian businesses.”

Acorn’s Australian division will be led by longstanding employee and Perth native Annabel Amann (pictured above, right), who will take on an expanded role as general manager and head of marketing communications.

Amann has over 15 years’ experience in the marketing and communications industry, working locally in Australia and abroad for a wide range of boutique to major international brands.

“I’m absolutely thrilled to be growing the Acorn Strategy brand globally, starting with our homeland of Australia where we have extensive local experience and knowledge,” she said.

“Acorn’s core offering in Australia will be to deliver market analysis and insights, strategy-value development and implementation services across PR, social media and marketing.

“In line with our core field experience, we will specialise in destinations and hotels, healthcare, real estate, and food and beverage.
