Amazon Ironing Board Cover Mistaken For Giant Adult Sex Toy

When you use Twitter to sell stuff, you only get a short 140 characters to espouse the merits of the product.

And it was behemoth retailer Amazon who arguably didn’t get its tweet quite right over the weekend when the four-and-a-half star ironing board cover it was trying to flog got mistaken for a massive adult sex toy.

The retailer tweeted out the image with the tag “New Deals, Every Day”, however, many recipients of the tweet weren’t entirely sure what they were being sold and quickly took to social media to register their delight and confusion.
