ADMA adds speakers to Media Connect line-up

ADMA (the Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising) has added Alistair McEwan and  Ross McNab to its Media Connect Conference line-up on July 29.

McEwan is the vice president of Australia and New Zealand at BBC Advertising in Australia and McNab is the co-founder of Kinected also in Australia.

In conjunction with the Media Federation Australia (MFA) the speaker line-up also includes Jeff Chu, editor at large at Fast Company (USA), Bryant Chou, CEO China of VICE Media Group (China) and Bob Garfield, columnist at MediaPost (USA).

“The speakers we’ve added to the program today are experts in brand storytelling and programmatic advertising. They join a strong global line-up that includes presenters from major media disruptors and brands that are successfully achieving customer engagement,” Jodie Sangster, ADMA CEO, said.

Sophie Madden, CEO of the MFA, added: “This is an exciting event that will help our industry to learn from the best and gain valuable knowledge to help them stay competitive in the rapidly changing media landscape.”

There will also be a panel at Media Connect featuring MediaPost’s Bob Garfield, Tim Donza, global director of consumer insights at Netflix (USA); Bruce Rogers, chief insights officer at Forbes, and Helen Kellie, marketing director at SBS (Australia). Donza and Rogers are also speaking at the ADMA Global Forum Marketing and Advertising conference.

The panel theme is Media crystal ball: what does the future hold? and the panel will discuss the key issues surrounding the changing media landscape and what it means for Australia and the rest of the world.
