2XU Teams Up With Tryzens To Accelerate Expansion And Customer Experience

sportswear retailer 2XU has launched a series of new eCommerce sites in the Nordics on Salesforce Commerce Cloud with the help of digital commerce consultancy Tryzens.

The launch is part a major transformation project which will see Tryzens work with 2XU to consolidate their global eCommerce properties on Salesforce and manage o n-going support on a global scale.

2XU is a multinational retailer that designs, develops and sells cutting-edge sportswear including compression garments, triathlon, cycle, running, and general fitness wear.

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Melbourne, 2XU stands for “Two Times You”, which symbolises their relentless pursuit to multiply human performance.

With ambitious global expansion plans, 2XU enlisted the help of Tryzens to migrate its international eCommerce sites to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, starting with its rapidly-growing Nordic sites (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden).

This will provide a more scalable and flexible architecture from which it can drive improvements to the user experience, and create new efficiencies when rolling out cross-country updates.

In addition, Tryzens were selected to support the team and their global growth ambitions as an on-going support and strategy partner for global sites including Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Japan, United States and Canada.

Having migrated its Nordic eCommerce sites to Salesforce commerce cloud, 2XU is now able to deliver a truly localised experience for its customers in the region, complete with local product offers and promotions and local currency options.

Tryzens has integrated innovative payments platform Klarna into the site, giving customers more flexibility when paying for their products, and also developed a single page checkout and new fraud handling capabilities to improve conversion rates.

2XU head of global eCommerce, Amanda Green commented: “Speed, innovation and performance are everything for our customers and that applies as much to our products as it does to our eCommerce operations.

“Launching our new websites in Scandinavia is a very exciting first step in our global transition to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, enabling us to operate more efficiently, with more agility, and reduce our management overheads.

“Tryzens’ guidance and expertise in helping retailers like us drive expansion have already proved invaluable and we look forward to working with them towards the next stage of our growth.”

Tryzens CEO, Andy Burton added: “2XU has won fans the world over for its innovative and fashionable sportswear, and it has built up a very loyal and engaged customer base.

“Keeping these customers engaged depends upon 2XU’s ability to provide an outstanding and personalised customer experience that is consistent with its brand values.

“By consolidating its eCommerce sites on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, 2XU’s team will be able to focus more energy on innovation and provide the sort of experience their customers have come to expect from them.”
