The leading affiliate and partner marketing agency has expanded its scope, adding the US to its UK and Australia offices.

Silverbean has appointed Sarah Beeskow Blay to the newly created role of Vice President North America. She will oversee Silverbean’s US operations from Chicago, and focusing on building the agency’s business in the US and Canadian market.

CEO at Silverbean, Neil Robbins, said that he is “delighted to welcome Sarah to our business, she has an incredible reputation as an industry leader in the US and she will significantly enhance our capabilities as we begin to begin to work with more clients in North America.”

Beeskow Blay said, “I’m thrilled to be joining the stellar team at Silverbean! As global e-commerce continues to experience exponential growth, we’re seeing increased demand from brands in North American with a desire to expand their reach to new regions.”

The agency has also promoted head of affiliate marketing Louise James to Global Associate Director, where she will be leading the brand’s delivery model for global clients.

She will lead the movement to attract UK, US and Australian talent over the next 24 months.
