Specialist communications counsel Madden & Assoc. (M&A) has announced the appointment of Amy Boyce as its newest account manager, effective immediately.
Boyce joins M&A from Hill + Knowlton Strategies, where she was an account executive. Prior to this, she worked as campaign coordinator for the Children’s Cancer Institute’s ‘Build for a cure’ campaign and within the marketing and customer experience team at Westfield.
M&A founder Bruce Madden said the firm was actively pursuing fresh opportunities with existing and new clients during a period of fundamental sector change.
He said Boyce’s skills add to the firm’s reputation for communications strategy, message development and bespoke execution services.
“The financial services sector is in a period of flux. Reputation issues abound, with business models requiring a shift in consumer engagement practices, re-designed for a new era of customer sovereignty,” he said.
“This is an exciting opportunity for Amy’s career progression, with her experience building on M&A’s capacity to deliver high-quality, ethical communications counsel to its consumer, fintech and wealth management clients.
“Amy brings previous experience within a global communications agency. Her strong knowledge across the consumer, healthcare and corporate landscapes will help to support our future growth.”
Commenting on her appointment, Boyce said: “I am thrilled to be part of the Madden team, especially at this exciting growth stage.
“Within this new role, I am excited to learn from some of the best in industry and continue to develop my skills as a professional communicator.”
