MAD Week is back in 2014 and it’s been revamped to be bigger and better than ever. This year it’s all about the customer, with each event tailored to address and explore to best understand, engage and communicate with the changing customer in a digital world.

Featuring campaign insights, practical case studies and strategies to reach, engage and track customers from a line-up of great international and local speakers, MAD Week 2014 is a must-attend event. The event will provide attendees with the opportunity to:
