Mad Max might have been overlooked for a Golden Globe, but one of its stars is on the right track to hitting the big time.

Model-turned-actor Courtney Eaton has been named as the new face of Bonds and its latest Bonds Sports range. Eaton played Cheedo the Fragile in Mad Max: Fury Road, one of Immortan Joe’s wives:

Eaton joins a long list of impressive ambassadors for the brand, including Rachael Taylor, Miranda Kerr, Dylan Wright and most recently, Iggy Azalea, who teamed up with Bonds to celebrate its 100th birthday campaign last year.

Being the newest Bonds face is a “great opportunity”, with Eaton reported saying she is “super excited”.

“It is incredible to be on such an amazing list of previous ambassadors,” she said, per News Corp.

“It is such a great opportunity to be the face of a brand which I remember wearing as a little kid and running around in half-naked.

“Bonds is now getting very serious about fitness and their range is amazing. It’s beautiful and comfy.”

Following her breakout role in Mad Max, Eaton has since landed a nice little spot in Gods of Egypt, starring alongside Gerard Butler.
