France may (arguably) lay claim to the world’s finest gastronomy, but it appears when not dining out on exotic birds most Australians would keep in an aviary, the French also enjoy a greasy hamburger like the rest of us.
Enter new work from McDonald’s’ French agency TBWA\Paris that proves a delightful ode to childhood, if not a delightful ode to the Happy Meal.
The spot – that features a young boy collecting memories in his Happy Meal box – is surprisingly tender and touching for the burger chain and, interestingly, never shows any of McDonald’s menu items.
