PHD Australia has appointed a Head of Research for the agency, with former OzTAM Research and Marketing Manager, Lillian Zrim, coming onboard to take on the new role.
Zrim brings over 20 years of experience in the media industry, having worked with Network Ten, Nielsen and Bohemia previously. In her new role, Zrim says she aims “to serve as a trusted research partner for PHD’s clients, providing credible, innovative and creative solutions that help them achieve their strategic business objectives”.
Zrim’s appointment is effective immediately and she will report into Lucy Formosa Morgan, Managing Director of PHD Australia.
“We are thrilled to have Lillian join the team. I have no doubt that her wealth of experience, impressive track record of producing innovative work, and her passion for research will deliver valuable insights for our clients and planning teams,” Formosa Morgan said.
Zrim will be leading and driving the growth of PHD’s Research division, including evaluating campaign creative and media effectiveness for clients and other bespoke/custom projects, such as understanding clients’ customers, brands, products and categories better, identifying opportunities for growth and/or evaluating business decisions.
“PHD has wide respect from clients and industry peers and an outstanding reputation for its people and culture, so of course, I’m excited to be joining the team. I’m looking forward to being part of PHD’s growth story and exercising my passion for research and our media industry,” Zrim added.
