This Korean Ad For AirPods Will Make You Want To Waste Your Money

Does spending almost $50 to ship a silicon avocado case for your AirPods from Korea sounds like a waste of money?

If the answer is ‘yes’, check out Apple’s latest campaign, it just might change your mind.

Rather than showing the uniformity and clean whites that have come to be associated with Apple products, the ad highlights how AirPod cases can be personalised with these fun and colourful cases.

Lovehearts, bunnies, burgers and even woollen chickens – the video illustrates there are seemingly endless options when it comes to covering your AirPod case.

When translated, the blurb below the video reads: “A variety of unique AirPods transformed through your hands full of creativity. Here are their charms.”

Interestingly, Apple itself does not create these fun cases, rather it is showing off the work of third-party vendors.

Regardless, the message is pretty clear: your AirPods don’t have to be white, plain and boring.
