Kate & Co. PR To Launch Ovolo South Yarra

Kate & Co. PR is thrilled to announce their appointment as PR agency for the launch of Ovolo’s latest hotel and restaurant building on the company’s existing presence in Melbourne and Victoria, Ovolo’s latest offering will open in South Yarra this April 2021.

Kate & Co. will manage a comprehensive PR strategy for the hotel’s launch including media relations, influencer engagement and media launch, as well as various events to support the opening of the hotel’s restaurant, Lona Misa.

Taking its design cues from the days of disco, rock gods and retro glamour, the vibe of Ovolo South Yarra is bold, creative and unpredictable. The hotel will showcase the brand’s pillars of fashion, art, music and entrepreneurship (FAME), offering 123 rooms ranging from 14 square metre micro-hotel rooms to Rockstar Suites.

In addition, the hotel will feature an innovative vegetarian/vegan bar and kitchen, Lona Misa, a collaboration by renowned Melbourne chefs Shannon Martinez (Smith & Daughters, Smith & Daughters Deli) and Ian Curley (French Saloon, Kirk’s Wine Bar).

The menu will feature sustainably crafted shareable, seasonal and flavourful dishes. Latin fare and bistro dining will collide to reimagine vegan and vegetarian dining.
