Are you a little bossy but also super nice? Great at organising people and organising processes? A “take charge” sort of person? One of our favourite agencies needs you now!
In this newly created role, you’ll take the lead in ensuring work is delivered efficiently and on time, moving smoothly through the agency. You’ll review internal processes, iron out any bottlenecks, and instigate any new systems or platforms that optimise traffic flow. Working closely with the Delivery team, you’ll ensure all projects are properly scoped and scheduled.
You’ll also manage the team, wearing a “People and Culture” hat to make the agency a happy, harmonious and productive place to work.. You’ll be the go-to person for HR queries, and will also play a role in recruitment and talent management.
Your background could be Office Management, HR or Traffic/Studio Management – any role where you’ve had to work internally to make the agency operate slickly. You must have worked in a creative environment, and be very familiar with agency functions and workflow, and any experience in a Digital agency would be highly regarded. Most importantly, you should have a high level of EQ, with a warm, approachable and friendly manner.
This is a fabulous agency. You’d work closely with the Founder & Director, who is generous and open, and looking forward to appointing another senior leader in the business. The work is in the Digital and Content space, and the agency is growing rapidly with an office in Melbourne and the U.S. Located in an inner north suburb with easy public transport access and great coffee on the doorstep.
This is a unique role which will be hugely rewarding for the right person.
