We are searching for a talented property marketer with an ability to work on research and strategic projects for a talented Melbourne team. Your strategic ability, passion for place visioning, cultural research and data trends will form the basis of creative briefs and guide the direction of world-class creative outcomes.
Working in a small team you will deploy your multi-disciplinary skills across strategic development, project management, client relationships and new business initiatives. You are skilled at gathering research data, analysing and clarifying insights that will drive creative outcomes and can confidently guide your clients on strategic direction. Working alongside a Senior Creative team you help deliver creative solutions, providing supporting insights founded in consumer research and data. You have analysed migration trends and built place and purpose blueprints for large development clients. A confident communicator, you can prepare persuasive presentations (written and verbal), dissect research data for unique creative insights and contribute to new business and pitch activity. You also have a strong understanding of brand and design principles with experience working in agency environments.
