Social Media Account Manager

Hotglue is seeking an experienced Social Media Account Manager to service a diverse and stellar client roster alongside our Production and Media Teams. The role requires previous Account Management, a passion for all things social media and superior scheduling and organisational skills.

This role requires a social media account manager with an entrepreneurial approach to work within our social media division to lead client comms, develop innovative social media strategies, then execute these strategies in the planning, content creation, scheduling and optimisation phases.

This full-time gig is based in our Richmond office, with flexible working options including WFH days. Genuine good eggs need only apply.

You will be responsible for:
  • Forging successful client relationships, and leading day to day communication with strong written and aural skills
  • Developing and executing social strategies & engaging with the social communities of our clients’ industries.
  • Managing monthly content calendars & workflow within your blue-chip accounts.
  • Managing several social communities, using industry-leading tools & reporting interfaces.
  • Working with our social media executives to extract data and analysis for use within regular client reports
  • Competitive & segment analysis
  • Organisation and management of multiple deliverables
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Education in a relevant PR, Journalism, or media field, with exposure to account management, social media procedures and practices
  • 3-4 years experience in a relevant field, ideally agency-side.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Knowledge of current social platforms and a willingness to learn new platforms, technologies and techniques as required
  • Any experience with Figma and/or Hubspot will be looked on favourably.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field is desirable but not a must
  • Any graphic design or layout skills using Adobe products is a big advantage – even just a good eye for design
