Working with one of the most highly respected agencies in this space you’ll join a close-knit account service team to work across two key clients for the agency.
Your day-to-day will involve running an established Rewards Program and all the communication, strategy, promotions and merchandise that support this program. The role requires someone with a confident, mature approach and highly honed skills in communication (both written and verbal). You will work closely with your clients to identify needs, and respond with highly effective and engaging creative solutions. Internally you’ll build relationships with production and creative departments to ensure campaigns are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. A creative, resourceful and analytical approach is highly desired as you will be managing customer data and strategy within the role and any B2B campaign experience will be considered favourably.
